• This is a user friendly site with tons of information on diet and health. Dr Mercola is passionate and uses his extensive knowledge as a medical practitioner to bring into our awareness injustices and lies, as he sees them, by the big pharmaceutical and food industries. He is also a keen advocate of EFT. He can come across a bit radical and extreme but I guess we all have to make our own decisions in the final analysis.

• This is a wonderfully clear and user friendly site with lots of useful information and advice from Hypnotherapists.
• EFT Home - world center for eft (emotional freedom techniques)
• This is an excellent site for resources on EFT. There is a free downloadable manual for Emotional Freedom Technique for beginners. It is always great when clients come to therapy with some knowledge as it allows the therapist to get straight on with the issues in hand. It is not essential however, as EFT is a quick and easy self help tool to learn.

• This will take you straight to the Code of Ethics and Conduct page of this organisation of which I am a member; The National Council for Hypnotherapists, providing a referal and information service on therapy, therapists and training.

• This site is about a scientist and author who has dedicated the last 30 years of his life to The Tiller Foundation where he has been avocationally pursuing serious experimental and theoretical study of the field of psychoenergetics which will very likely become an integral part of "tomorrow’s" physics. In this new area, he has published an additional 100 scientific papers and four seminal books. To put it simply, the study of conscious creating by Intention and the connecting of the scientific physical world with the spiritual unseen world. Truly fascinating.
